I understand that my child will be under the care of Mr. Vigorito during the designated class times ONLY. Students may be dropped off five minutes before classes start. NOT EARLIER. Leaving kids unattended creates a liability risk for myself and the churches. Pick up kids on time. If you must drop kids off early or pick them up late, they may wait outside, but they will not be supervised.

Chess or church staff will seek medical attention for my child in the event of an emergency if unable to contact the child’s parent/guardian.  

 

All students are expected to behave properly for a classroom setting, with respect for teachers and other students. No refunds given if a student cannot complete the week due to behavior issues.
